Ashiana Indian Restaurant is owned and operated by Rajesh Kalra whom
has over 20 years of professional trade experience as a Chef. Rejesh has been experienced
as an Indian Restauranteur since 1991. Many of his achievements include
being a member of Industry Reference for Tourism Trading Australia and
being a Chef Assessor Indian/Asian Trade Testing for The Department
of Education.
Rajesh works closely with his brother Kapil Kalra, whom has over 13
years professional trade experience as a chef both in Australia and
overseas. Many of his achievements include working as a Chef at the
Regent Hotel and the Park Hyatt.
